Sacado de su 10mo álbum Temperamental del año 99 (no hay nada que hacer...los 90's tenia la mejor música), pertenece a la banda británica Everything but the Girl (banda formada en 1982) conformada por la vocalista y a veces guitarrista Tracey Thorn y el guitarrista, tecladista, productor y cantante Ben Watt.

Desde el 2000 no están tocando aunque por allí existen rumores de que podrían regresar.

Bueno escuchemos esta buena canción.....

Hoy fue una mañana triste, una gran músico se nos fue....Chris Cornell.

A los 52 años Chris fue encontrado en su hotel sin vida después de dar un concierto en Michigan, esto fue anunciado por su representante Brian Bumberry.

Esto fue ayer por la noche, hace unas horas se menciono que fue encontrado en el baño con una tira alrededor del cuello, lo que hace pensar a la policía de "presunto" suicidio (hasta el momento no confirmado).

Los exámenes toxicológicos aun están en proceso, para determinar si tomo laguna sustancia que lo llevo a su muerte. Se sabe que Chris era adicto al alcohol y a las drogas desde los 13 años pero se puso en orden desde el 2003.

Gran músico que comenzó con The Jones Street Band, luego se unió a The Shemps y luego creando Soundgarden, para luego formar con los integrantes de Rage Against the Machine el grupo Audioslave. Pasando por la superbanda Temple of the Dog y su carrera solista.

Compuesta por el cantante estadounidense Wayne Cochran y lanzado en 1961. En 1964 la banda J. Frank Wilson and the Cavaliers relanzo la canción a su estilo, teniendo éxito inmediato. 

A finales de los 60's la banda peruana "Los Doltons" (arriba Perú!!!!) realizo su propia adaptación alcanzando las primeras posiciones en ese momento....

Existen otras versiones hispanoamericanas como la del Colombiano Alci Acosta, en Venezuela hecha por "Los 007" en 1966 y por el cantautor Guillermo Davila.

En México el cantante Polo hizo popular este tema y así lanzo su carrera como solista, Gloria Trevi la canto en su álbum debut en 1989.

Esta canción estuvo inspirada en un accidente automovilístico en la que Cochran fue testigo y en el que varios jóvenes murieron y dos fueron heridos gravemente cuando se estrellaron con un camión una semana antes de la navidad de 1962.

En 1999, después de 33 años, Peral Jam lo lanzo como un single de navidad para su club de fans, este empezó a sonar en las radios y al tener gran éxito, la banda tuvo que lanzar un sencillo oficial para el publico en general e 8 de junio. También se encuentra en el álbum recopilatorio Lost Dogs del 2002

Originalmente apareció en su album debut "Tormented". pero en una version mas pesada....para poder ser difundida en la radio, se realizo una version mas "amigable" , la cual salio en el album "Dysfunction". Y la banda lo usa como Encore.

Esta canción definió el sonido de la misma y hasta el momento es una de las conocidas....y la que le abrió las puertas al éxito....
